Lisa, Customer Service Representative

Lisa has lived in the Parry Sound area for over 34 years. In 1991, she and her partner, Rob, built a home in McDougall Township where they raised their two children.

For the past 18 years, Lisa has been a friendly face at Georgian Animal Hospital, working as a Customer Service Representative. For many years clients know her as the person behind the front desk accompanied by her "feline assistants" stretched across the desk--sometimes helpful, sometimes not. For the past few years, she has gladly shared the desk duties with Patti.

When she joined the GAH team, Lisa brought many years of customer service experience but no back ground in veterinary medicine. Over the years, she has gained valuable knowledge about animal health thanks to the doctors and her coworkers. Along with the team, she continues to be dedicated to helping provide the best, most compassionate care possible.

Lisa's favourite part of her role is getting to know clients and hearing their funny "quirky" pet stories. Like many of us at the clinic, her own pets came to her through GAH. Today she shares her home with a dog and three cats.

Outside the clinic, Lisa enjoys gardening, boating, kayaking and camping.  She finds the winter more challenging; she admits that walking the dog and snow removal are often more than enough outdoor activity!
